Senior Management Team (SMT)

The Senior Management Team provides strategic leadership and ensures the effective operation of the school.

All policies align with national and provincial legislation.

Financial Management

• Approves school budgets
• Determines school fees (if applicable)
• Oversees financial management and record keeping
• Appoints auditors
• Ensures financial transparency

Discipline Support

• Approves the Code of Conduct
• Participates in serious disciplinary processes
• Recommends suspension or expulsion (final decision by the Head of Department)

Infrastructure & Resources

• Supports maintenance and development of facilities
• Assists with fundraising initiatives
• Promotes a safe learning environment

Staffing (Where Applicable)

• Recommends candidates for teaching and leadership posts
• May appoint additional staff funded by the school
